We are developing a former gravel extraction site in the Ingolstadt region into a sustainable and climate-neutral location. We combine renewable energies with resource efficiency and recycling plants. We are also planning to recycle land by backfilling former extraction sites with uncontaminated mineral material streams.

We also operate a landfill site for uncontaminated building rubble, where, in addition to the expansion of backfilling, the focus will increasingly be on recycling in the future.

Qualifications / Requirements

Successfully completed studies (industrial engineering, engineering sciences, environmental technology, etc.) or comparable completed training with corresponding additional qualifications and further training
High level of technical expertise in the fields of waste disposal/waste management/rehabilitation/civil engineering or similar
Sound experience with approval processes and project management
Management and leadership experience, also at 2nd management level
Leadership personality: value-oriented, integrity, communicative, empathetic, resilient, self-critical
Entrepreneurial attitude and ambition to take a leading role at the operational sites and an active role in the region

Responsibilities / main tasks

Their task is to drive forward the approval processes at the new location and to initiate the necessary construction measures once approval has been granted. You will also be responsible for organizing the operational recycling and disposal tasks, acquiring material flows and building up personnel and machinery as managing director of a new company to be founded for this purpose. You will be responsible for the ongoing operation of our existing landfill site and will examine and plan expansion opportunities in the area of construction waste recycling.
Approval planning: coordination with municipal and authority representatives, engineering offices, planners, experts and lawyers as well as time and financial monitoring/coordination
Construction measures: Support and coordination of construction planning, tendering, awarding and implementation of the necessary renovation and construction measures
Operational implementation: independent establishment of an operational company for the treatment, recycling and backfilling of mineral soils/material streams
Motivating and target-oriented management of commercial and industrial employees, recruitment and induction of new employees
Budgeting, controlling and administration in coordination with the shareholders
Introduction and implementation of innovations
