Responsibilities / main tasks

Responsibility and further development of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
Training employees and managers in all aspects of quality management
Implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits
Contact person for managers on quality issues in day-to-day operations
Updating and further development of the process map
Supporting the data protection officer in the expansion and further development of the data protection organization
