Qualifications / Requirements

Completed training with professional experience in scheduling or logistics (ideally in the circular economy)
Experience in personnel management and willingness to take on responsibility
You work independently, reliably, are a team player and have a talent for organization
Experience as a truck driver, deliverer, etc. or other experience in the recycling industry is advantageous
Good IT skills (MS Office, Internet applications, Navision)
They want to develop, keep learning, seize new opportunities and attach great importance to sustainability, climate protection and digitalization

Responsibilities / main tasks

Organization and scheduling of our truck fleet incl. Personnel and vehicle deployment planning
Fully digital and modern order scheduling; use of our software and apps on 32-inch screens
Route planning and optimization; performance and document control
Introduction and support of climate-friendly components and sustainability requirements in the circular economy fleet (e.g. introduction of climate-friendly fuels, support of the Büchl e-truck test phase in practice, etc.)
